Through my career in public health and development, I have collaborated with others to monitor and evaluate our work. Specifically, I contributed to the first-ever guidebook to measure the impact of knowledge management for health and development. This evolved into the Knowledge Management Indicator Library, a collection of indicators to understand more about what works—and what does not work—to improve knowledge sharing for public health.
